Digraphs "th" and "wh" In Stock Now

Help your child read more complex words with this blends kit! Once children learn to decode CVC words such as "cat" and "pot," they move onto blends (fl, br, st, etc.) and digraphs (sh, ch, th, etc.)

A digraph is a single sound represented by two letters. To help children memorize the digraph, we begin with an object sort. After that, children can read phonetically spelled labels paired with beautiful photographs.

Kaleidoscope educators recommend checking out this work after your child has learned most or all letter sounds and has begun sounding out short, phonetically-spelled words.

  • objects for sorting (thumb, thirteen, whale, wheel, thorn, whisker, wheat, thermometer, thimble)
